## Page facts

- Status: Written for Snowcat 1.6.28, the App Store build.
- Plan: Not plan-specific
- Checked against the app: October 27, 2026
- Part of: Snowcat Help, https://getsnowcat.app/help/

## In TestFlight now

These are in the TestFlight beta, behind Settings › Experimental. They are not in the App Store app, and they may change before they ship.

- **[TestFlight]** **Apple Watch.** Follows the route on your iPhone and taps your wrist when you are more than about 200 ft off it for 15 seconds.
- **[TestFlight]** **Ride tracking.** Records your day as a Live Activity on the lock screen, and can save it to Apple Health.

## Planned

- **[Upcoming]** **Accuracy scores** for the waits, once the mountains open and scoring starts. [What will be published](https://getsnowcat.app/help/lift-waits/#accuracy).
- **[Upcoming]** **Per-mountain figures:** rated runs, cameras and routable lifts for each mountain, generated from the map packages.
- **[Upcoming]** **“How we estimate this” links** in the app, from the wait, rating, status and route cards to these pages.
- **[Upcoming]** **The rest of this help center:** the map, the crowd outlook and First Chair, Liftie, trips and friends, alerts, widgets and Siri, offline maps and privacy in the app.

## Asked for, not built

Riders have asked for these. None is in any build, and none is promised.

- Comparing runs side by side, or filtering runs by their numbers
- Reporting a wrong number from a run’s page
- A range around each wait instead of one number
- Avoiding flat ground on every route, not only Max’s
- A large or glove-friendly mode
- Voice guidance and automatic rerouting
